About Swindle Sauce

Hello everyone! My name is Richard Bryson and I am the owner of Swindle Sauce.

Just a little history of me and how I started this path, I am a graduate of Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts Atlanta. After school I took a journey down to Amelia Island Florida where I worked at the Ritz Carlton there for five and a half years. Spending time there at the beach was one of the most amazing experiences ever! But it was time to journey back to my home town Atlanta. I then worked at the Downtown Atlanta Ritz Carlton for another six months, until I had to make a big life decision.

As a chef everyone knows that being a family man is almost impossible. I did not want to be that man that misses his two beautiful daughters grow up, so I made the big decision to give up my passion, cooking, as a career.

In the spring of 2013, I started my very own pepper garden. From that point I started another passion but keeping my chef roots intact. I started messing around and making hot sauces. I let friends and family try them and was getting good feedback.

With past experience doing my own home based catering, I thought I would give the sauce making business a try. So here I am today trying to make a name for myself with the brand"Swindle Sauce." I look forward to this new journey ahead of me and hope for the best, for this is my passion.
